You have 15 days after receiving your order to make your return request online and return your items to us if they do not suit you.

Important: If you do not make your return request online, we will not be able to process your refund.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Any item without a label, incomplete, worn, damaged or stained will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse the returned item or to re-invoice the dry cleaning costs in the event of non-compliance with the return conditions.

Returns are the responsibility of the customer :

- In France, the procedure is made easier by sending a prepaid return label.

- For other destinations, the customer is in charge and responsible for the shipment.

The return is of course free of charge in the event that the item delivered does not comply with your order or has a defect, despite the numerous quality checks carried out.

In this case, write to us at contact@myfunnylevantine.com, attaching photos of the problem encountered on your item.

We will send you a prepaid return label which will remain our responsibility.



FOR METROPOLITAN FRANCE :

- Make your return request to contact@myfunnylevantine.com or via the return form below, explaining the reason for your return.
- You will then receive a prepaid return voucher by email. The return costs will be deducted from the refund of your order.
- Attach the return label to your package and go to the nearest Mondial Relay pickup point within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Keep proof of deposit of the package : in the event of a dispute or loss of the package by the carrier, the deposit slip will be valid.



FOR OTHER DESTINATIONS :

Returns are the responsibility of the customer, via the carrier of their choice.

- Make your return request to contact@myfunnylevantine.com or via the return form below, explaining the reason for your return.

- Upon receipt of a confirmation email from us, return your order to the following address:
